My level of fitness is already pretty good but I can improve it a lot more from fitness days. On our last fitness where we had to run around the parking lot was quite easy because I had a good fast pace the I ran the whole time with. My effort is alright on somedays but I'm usually active and competitive. I think my leadership skills need improvement on getting teams set up and helping out. I'm always prepared and and have my gym strip in class and am usually early and waiting. I am pretty respectful and have a good diet and usually never eat out
