After last report cards i think i have changed alot and have showed significant improvmant even though i still think i could show a lil more improvement in somethings.I have changed my attitude towards many things on the daily for example I got more into being a leader and helping set things equally when teachers are busy and showing a good charachter for younger kids. I started to come to class prepared alot more for fitness even though somedays it was hard but i slowly started to put somewhat of an effort. I think i diserve 80% in pe11 for my change in attitude.

Report cards

I think i should get a mark around 73% because i have not being participating in setting in things up and need to work on that. I also need to bring in my leadership skills from my soccer, that would make a big difference. My effort has been good in the things I enjoy doing. My effort in fitness has been better since last time but still need to put a little morre. I have not been going to fieldtrips becaue I dont enjoy the things we go to for example skating and gymenastics. I have been lazy in setting things up but will start to particapate more.

Interim post



My level of fitness is already pretty good but I can improve it a lot more from fitness days. On our last fitness where we had to run around the parking lot was quite easy because I had a good fast pace the I ran the whole time with. My effort is alright on somedays but I'm usually active and competitive. I think my leadership skills need improvement on getting teams set up and helping out. I'm always prepared and and have my gym strip in class and am usually early and waiting. I am pretty respectful and have a good diet and usually never eat out

pe11 blog

I registered for this course because I like physical activities


My favorite part of PE is when we are allowed to play any sport we want


I think my current current level of fitness is pretty good because i play soccer in an outside school league


My previous personal best beep test is 14


I am currently doing the following things to be active: playing in a u18 metro soccer team


Things that PHYSICALLY prevent me from doing exercise is nothing


Things that MENTALLY prevent me from doing exercise are for example rather watch tv


My eating habits are pretty good and I once in a while eat fast food


I Want to be able to learn more about other sports that I dont play every day


I want to improve my abilities in fitness and more stamina


Outside school activities I’d like to try are nothing more because soccer already takes so much of my time


My fitness goals for the semester are to get a higher beep test score

My personal character goals are to get more active daily and in the morning
